How do credits work?

Credits power the AI. A concierge reply costs 1 credit, a reply that runs a live nearby search 3, and building an AI house-guide from 30 (more for longer documents). Wi-Fi, your QR, hosting the guide and your own live replies are always free. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that rolls over up to a cap, and you can top up any time.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your guides, Wi-Fi and QR keep working — only new AI replies pause. The concierge simply offers the guest to reach you directly, and you can top up or upgrade in a couple of taps. You’re never charged by surprise.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code and the concierge opens right in their browser — Wi-Fi, the house guide, and the chatbot. Nothing to download, no account to create.

How does the AI build the house guide?

Upload whatever you already have — a PDF, a Word doc, photos, or pasted text — and the AI structures it into clean, skimmable sections. It never invents door codes or passwords; anything missing is flagged for you to fill in.

Is the Wi-Fi password safe?

Yes. It’s encrypted at rest with AES-256 and only revealed to a guest after they’ve checked in over a secure connection. It’s never shown in plain text in your dashboard logs.

What happens when the chatbot can’t help?
